Come and experience the large assortment of health and fitness programs for adults of all ages. From group fitness classes to personal training, the staff at the Dartmouth Sportsplex will help you achieve your fitness goals while having fun.
Our Group Fitness Schedule is packed with a variety of classes for all fitness levels and we offer everything from the latest workout trends like Yoga, Tabata/High Intense Interval Training and Spinning to lower impact Aqua and Older Adult classes.
We also have Child Minding available
Our Personal Training team offers small group training workshops each term ranging from Kettle Bell, Weight Lifting Techniques, Foam Rollers and more! We are also home to the EZ8 Running Group who offers Learn to Run 5k, 10k and marathon training clinics.
Reach your health and fitness goals by working-out with a personal trainer. Sessions provide pre and post assessments, tailored training programs, individual attention and the encouragement needed to help you succeed!
We recommend you register at least 1 week before the program start date.
Classes have a limited number and are canceled up to a week ahead of the start date.
